Another note: Several people here have talked about the implausibility
of the census requiring a woman "about to give birth" to travel. The
Biblical account in no way suggests that Mary was anywhere near term
when they traveled. It only says she was "expecting a child," and that
the time for the baby to be born came "while they were there" in
Bethlehem. There's no indication of how long they were there -- it
could have been several weeks.

... Jesus saves. The rest of us rack up credit card debt.
